Being a hardcore gamer, and more importantly a hardcore old school gamer, I felt obligated to see Wreck-it Ralph. Last night I checked it out and ultimately, I wasn't disappointed at all. Sure, it had cheesy moments and all, but in the end I was very pleased with the experience. It was great to see classics like Q-Bert, Pac Man, Dig Dug and Burger Time referenced on the big screen, and although the cameos were mostly only at the start of the movie, it was enough to please the common fan. All through the movie obvious references to newer games like Halo, Call of Duty, and Mario Kart were made. The visuals were amazing, especially during the "Sugar Rush" race scenes, and the entire concept of the film was just clever and well done. The movie's greatest factor is that it isn't just a half-ass job to attempt and cash in on game cameos - it's actually an extremely well written, lovable, and heart-filled film that, as a bonus, also has lots of game references. A tip of my hat to the staff of Wreck-it Ralph for creating not only a great homage to classic video games, but also creating a unique, cute film with a lovable cast of characters and setting that's enjoyable for all audiences.
Go check it out if you haven't already. It's a masterpiece.

I'm Making a Video Game!
So, as I've been saying for the past couple years, I've been busy with that "BIG PROJECT" I haven't shut up about. Well, while I don't want to reveal any titles or visuals or anything just yet for it, I can gladly reveal that this "BIG PROJECT" is a hand-drawn/hand-animated, 2D sidescrolling platformer game, completely thought up by yours truly. It's an idea for a game I got back in 2010 that I've never revealed publicly. In 2017 I finally started to put together a very small team, and the concept began to become a reality.
All the artwork, in-game and promotional, is done by me. This is why casual art uploads to sites like this and commiss
ANY VOICE TALENT OUT THERE?
I’m currently looking for voice talent, mostly voice actresses, for a huge project I’ve been working on for almost two years. If anyone has a background in voice acting or desire to (or knows somebody who does) please feel free to hit me up.
I feel it fair to say upfront, pay will not be anything terribly high, as it’s an indie project by a very, very small team (mostly just me), or at least early on pay will be low, but all will be paid a greater sum if crowd funding goes well after the reveal trailer’s debut.
The project is completely hand-drawn animation. Quite a lot has been done for it so far. Anybody who contac
10 Years on DeviantArt: A Retrospective
While my most active years on DeviantArt do feel like a long time ago now, it sure doesn't feel like it was a decade ago that I made my account. I know I don't post here anymore. I'm sorry to the fans who are disappointed by my absence, and I really, really appreciate all the love and support you all have given me over the years. Just the fact that I still got a mountain of birthday wishes despite being generally inactive for three years or more is extremely flattering. But, now that it has been ten years, I feel it's necessary to reflect on my experience with DA, express my gratitude to my fans, and discuss how it helped and hurt my quest to

Fun fact: There are 4 Animated movies far,far worse than the bad CGI children's films. But out of those 4,there's 2 that are insulting, and the other two are really loud, obnoxious, and are the true torture of children's films to sit through.
Here's funny nostalgia critic reviews for those films.
