Rocksteady and Bebop

Here's Rocksteady and Bebop, the Shredder's main two mutant henchmen from the 80's/90's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. These guys were pretty awesome, even if they did make them too dumb and crappy to ever be taken seriously as intimidating villains.
