Pretty Little Panels

Lip, the adorable little fairy of flowers from "Panel de Pon", a great, addictive yet super challenging puzzle game by Nintendo (with an amazing soundtrack). In America, we got the game a year late, and Nintendo went the old Doki-Doki Panic route and butchered this game, removing anything that was unique or likable about it and slapping all the same Mario characters' faces all over it that we've seen thousands of times now. They also called it "Tetris Attack", though the game doesn't play IN ANY WAY like Tetris, and marketed it as a simple advertisement for Yoshi's Island. Well, if you're going to play it, play the original. Maybe not if your a dude who's insecure about his manhood, though, since this may be the girliest game I've ever played. However, if you've got no reason to be embarassed by hearts and glitter and flowers and lots of cute, cuddly fairy girls, then give it a go. It really is a great game, able to hold it's own against great puzzlers like Bust-a-Move and Dr. Mario (though I still think Wario's Woods is one of the best puzzle games EVER). Well, here's lip.
