Arguably the best game in what's arguably one of the best game series of all time! Donkey Kong Country 2 : Diddy's Kong Quest for the SNES was damn near perfect with awesome graphics, awesome music, awesome gameplay, and awesome character designs. But, when it comes to the characters, although we all love the monkeys, animal pals and critters, we all know the Kremling Crew was the most interesting part. The Krem Crew, my personal favorite line-up of Kremlings, just all had such unique personalities for level enemies, and perfectly set the radical pirate theme of the game. Since these scurvy crocs were so badass, I've dedicated this whole bookmark to them, and even then I couldn't fit them all. I'm a little down about most of the work I did on the pirate map BG getting covered, but generally I am extremely pleased with the outcome of this bookmark, making it's way to possibly my number one spot (surprising since I did this one in record time). The barnacled baddies featured here are -
KLOBBER - A scurvy, ugly little croc who wears a barrel to trick approaching chimps. He also came in several variations, including one that stole bananas, one that stole lives, and the instant KO one, Kaboom.
KLINGER - Climbing among the rigging of the ship is the yellow-bellied Klinger. This cut-throat climbs and slides around the topsails in attempt to attack climbing monkeys. I thought adding his secret bottle of coconut rum was appropriate.
KANNON - What crew is complete without a fat bastard? The gluttonous Kannon may not be as powerful as the former Klump, but his girth helps him stand in a siege with a cannon and blast it at enemies.
KRUNCHA - As was the case with the fat bastard, what crew's complete without a muscle-bound power-house? This brute may be a simpleton, but when you tick him off, you'd best not be around (actually, like all enemies in the game, he's just easy as hell, but you catch my drift).
KROOK - A pirate living up to the lifestyle - he's robbed so many ports he has had both hands removed. This only works to his advantage though, now that the scurvy reptile wears launch-able boomerang-hooks in place.
KUTLASS - A scrawny little sea-dog of a Kremling with two massive cutlass swords twice his size. Although he's small, he's still quite deadly.
KAPTAIN K ROOL - Ah, the mighty old captain of the Kremling Krew. OK, so this crew has TWO fat bastards. I thought it would be a nice touch to put Squawks' rival parrot, Screech, on K Rool's shoulder.

Wish I had room for Klubba and the ghosts. Ah well, maybe I'll draw them some other time.

Hope you enjoy it. Only two more bookmarks remain!

Just keep drawing. The more you do it, the more you learn it. Keep at it and have an open mind, open for criticism and open for suggestions, and you should get good. Practice makes perfect. This sounds basic and silly, but this is honestly the most sound advice I can give you.

I wish rarware still worked for nintendo. Then Donkey kong country returns would have been perfect like Punch out!!! Was there any games besides this you liked made by rareware? I liked their banjo kazooie N64 games and conkers bad fur day(the video game equivalent of Fritz the cat).

Yeah, Rareware and Nintendo made a good team, but Nintendo just always has to screw with their affiliates' creations so much that at some point they want to leave. I really liked the Killer Instinct series and their NES titles like Battle Toads and Snake Rattle n Roll, but I never really got into their other games. I played DK64 and Conker and honestly I didn't care for either of them. I've never played Banjo Kazooie, though.
